Sharing DTV campaign letters with colleagues or other contributors

In this brief tutorial we will run through how to share letters with contributors.

How to Share Letters from your Workflow/DTV Add-on within BOOM!

Step 1: Select Dashboard from the Login Screen or Letters from the DTV Letters Top Toolbar

1. If you've selected Dashboard, click on the DTV Workflow;

2. Select the letter you wish to share;

3. At the top left of the open letter, below the letters title you will notice "file", click on "file";

4. Click "update details";

5. Type the name into the "Additional contributors" field;

6. Click "Update letter".
