Saving target sites to Workflows
In This Tutorial:
Learn how to save target sites to Workflow through the Land Title widow.
Summary:
This tutorial demonstrates the process of saving a target site from a Data Studio session to your Primary Workflow.
Workflows are a new way of managing identified sites from initial identification all the way through the deal lifecycle to completion.
Saving target sites to Workflows
Step 1: Open a new Data Studio Session
Zoom-in on your target area (in this session we chose Shirley);
Activate SiteSeeker;
Click within a Land Title boundary to open the RHS land title window.
Step 2: Save to Primary Workflow
At the top RHS of the Land Title window click the “Manage Workflows” button;
Under “Add/remove from workflow”, select Primary workflow;
This site is now added to the Primary workflow within Workflows; stored in the Awaiting review column.
Why use Workflows?
Workflows are a great way to keep track of where a particular site sits within your deal workflow. You can add notes, add attachments, assign actions and much much more.
Workflows are fully customisable to suit the management style or phases of a particular user and will tie neatly in with its sister component DTV letters.
Workflows can be created with other users as a central repository.

What site sourcers, land agents and developers say about BOOM!

The same data, a fraction of the price
Searchland, LandTech and Nimbus charge an average of £3,540 a year. BOOM! is £540 a year with every add-on included, or £216 for the sourcing data on its own — the £20 a month plan, billed annually.

That is £3,000 a year back into your next deal.
We can charge less because we cost less to run: a small team, no sales force, and no venture capital demanding a price rise every year. The platform is also only part of what we do — the others sell a sourcing platform and nothing else.
